1. Passport size photograph, max size 50KB and dimensions 100px (min. width) X 130px (min. height)
2. Signature, max size 50KB and dimensions 140px (min. width) X 60px (min. height)
3. ID Proof (Self Attested), max size 100KB, any one of the following 
   Aadhar Card, Driving License, PAN Card, Voter's Identity Card, Passport, College Identity Card.
4. Class 10th Certificate (Self Attested) as Date of Birth proof, max size 100KB.
5. Caste Certificate (Self Attested) (If Applicable), max size 100KB.
6. PwD Certificate (Self Attested) (If Applicable) , max size 100KB.
7. CW Certificate (Self Attested) (If Applicable) , max size 100KB.

NIMCET Official Notice

This is to notify that,

1. All seats of MCA course of HBTU Kanpur are applicable only to the candidates of UP domicile.
2. The provisional seat allotment will be made solely based on the declaration made by the candidate. The certificates related to UP Domicile, Armed Forces, Freedom Fighter and PWD w.r.t. the respective parent categories are to be produced in original, signed by competent authority, by the candidate at the reporting center, MNNIT, Allahabad.
3. If a candidate fails to produce the certificate(s) for declared sub-categories, then his/her allotment will be treated as cancelled for that particular round. He/she shall however, be considered for subsequent rounds of allotment based on their other choices of preferences.
4. For seat matrix, format of different certificates, fees structure and other admission details of HBTU Kanpur, candidates may visit http://www.hbtu.ac.in
